The Role

Our client is a leading technology software provider, delivering employment solutions to a diverse range of industry sectors. Following continued business growth, they are now seeking to appoint an experienced, sales-focused business leader to increase market share and identify new opportunities for long-term expansion.

This is a key leadership role that will help shape the future culture of the business and define the operational strategy required to support sustained growth. The successful candidate will oversee a team of senior managers and report directly to the company’s owners.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong commercial mindset and a track-record of driving business performance at a senior level. There is a clear pathway for this role to evolve into a broader strategic group-level position as the company continues its ambitious growth journey.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will currently be working for a well-respected technology software provider in a senior sales or business development role and will be ready to take the lead in growing a company. Alternatively, this opportunity may suit an experienced Managing Director with a strong commercial mindset who is seeking a new career challenge.

Candidates will have relevant experience in the technology sector, ideally gained at a similar B2B-focused software provider. While experience with employment solutions software is preferred, those with a background in transferable, cloud-based business solutions will also be considered—particularly if they have a proven track record of driving growth and enhancing overall company culture.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on business leader with the ability to lead by example. You will be an effective communicator with the capability to identify and execute key business decisions independently. A degree-level education is preferred; however, candidates with strong relevant experience will always be considered highly desirable.
