The Role

Our client are a well-respected, privately owned, specialist supplier and contractor of steel hoarding used across the commercial construction and property-related sectors. 

Due to continued growth plans, our client is now looking to appoint a commercially-focussed, energetic business leader, to assume full P & L accountability of the company, driving sales growth, whilst having the ability to simultaneously manage staff whilst ensuring that key blue-chip client relationships are maintained in line with the companies highest standards. 

The position will naturally form part of the SMT, and will report directly into the owner of the company. 

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will already be working for another well-respected, manufacturer or specialist contractor that provides a product or service to the commercial construction or property-related sector. 

In addition to this, candidates will preferably have a strong sales background, with the ability to strategically align the business into profitable areas for continued growth. 

The successful post holder will be an effective decision-maker, possess excellent communication and leadership skills, and be prepared to lead from the front to drive business performance. 

The ideal candidate will be preferably degree/HND qualified, although consideration will be given to those candidates who have relevant industry experience.
