Consultant Psychiatrist - Private Healthcare - Mental Health Services

This is an excellent and extremely rare opportunity for a Consultant Psychiatrist within the field of general adult and forensic psychiatry to work for a well-respected independently owned healthcare provider to the mental health sector. The role will involve working with a case load of patients within a general adult and forensic mental health low secure hospital within the North West region. You will be expected to work closely with an established MDT team to ensure an excellent level of patient outcomes, representing the organisation to local commissioners, whilst ensuring exceptional levels of clinical care are given at all times. The role will report directly to the group's Medical Director, and will involve some on call work, although only a small amount will be expected from the successful clinician. This is an excellent opportunity for a Consultant Psychiatrist to work for a well-respected mental health provider, who is looking to grow and develop additional services in the near future.

The ideal candidate will already be a Consultant Psychiatrist within either the field of general adult, or forensic psychiatry for another well-respected independently owned or NHS mental health provider. In addition to this, candidates will have at least two to three years of consultant level experience, with preferably some interest, or experience demonstrated of working with patients within a secure mental health setting.

Candidates must have their approved clinician status to be considered for this position.
