Clinical Director - Private Healthcare - Mental Health
Our client is now looking to appoint an experienced clinical director to oversee a well-respected low/medium mental health hospital based within the Yorkshire region. The successful candidate will be expected to oversee the hospital in terms of helping to improve clinical performance, have full responsibility for managing all multi-disciplinary staff, whilst ensuring that the hospital is operating towards the highest standards of care.
The ideal candidate will already be working within the mental health sector at the moment either within the private or public sector. In addition to this, candidates must be experienced Psychiatrists either having worked within the field of forensic or learning disabilities psychiatry. Furthermore, candidates must have worked within a lead role, having held man management and departmental responsibilities across a similar low or medium secure mental health hospital. Furthermore, ideal candidates will have helped a similar hospital improve service and clinical standards, and have a strong understanding on the commercial/financial constraints which continually infringe upon running a successful mental health hospital.
