Sales Director - Consumer Goods & Services - Travel, Hospitality & Leisure

An excellent opportunity has been presented within a well-respected small hotel group to appoint a Sales & Marketing Director to be based in the East Sussex region. The role will involve overseeing 3 hotels which consists of 100 beds to help improve occupancy levels across the group. The company are looking to explore the mid week corporate market which continues to be a growth market, and would ideally want somebody with expertise of helping to improve revenue and occupancy levels by having experience of achieving this objective previously for another company. In addition to this, the ideal candidate will also have a strong sales & marketing background within the hospitality sector, whilst also having excellent commercial acumen to identify and capitalise on new income streams the group may have overlooked. The role will report directly to the group's owner, and will provide excellent career advancement for the right person to move into a more strategic role.

The ideal candidate will already be working in a senior sales & marketing capacity at the moment for another well-respected hospitality or hotel group. You will have an excellent understanding of helping a similar company to identify and increase revenue streams by implementing proven initiatives which have helped to attract additional revenues by targeting the mid-week corporate market within the region. Candidates must a strong sales & marketing background, coupled with excellent man management and leadership skills.
