Regional Operations Manager - Consumer Goods & Services - Travel, Hospitality & Leisure

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-respected national restaurant chain in a senior operational management capacity. The role will involve overseeing 12 outlets across the North East region, managing in the region of 25 staff members, reporting directly to the Head of Operations. The role will involve helping the region to improve its profitability, whilst addressing key operational and customer-service improvements in order to improve long-term commercial success. The ideal candidate will already be working in a senior regional or operational management capacity at the moment for another well-respected hospitality group. In addition to this, candidates must have a proven track record of helping to oversee a region or territory improve operational performance, whilst possessing excellent man management and leadership skills to help motivate staff members to work to the best of their ability.
