The ideal candidate will already be working in a senior regional or operational management capacity at the moment for another well-respected hospitality group. In addition to this, candidates must have a proven track record of helping to oversee a region or territory improve operational performance, whilst possessing excellent man management and leadership skills to help motivate staff members to work to the best of their ability.
