Our client, a leading company within process chemical and lubricant manufacturing, is now looking to appoint an experienced Sales professional, to support future growth across the UK market sector.
The role will provide strategic Sales Leadership to the company, forming part of the senior management team, reporting directly to the Group Chairman. The role will involve overseeing 30 Account Managers, 2 Regional Sales Managers, and will will assume full UK responsibility for the company's sales revenues.
Due to continued growth plans, our client would expect somebody to have a high degree of upward mobility, and the opportunity for somebody to assume a wider Sales Leadership role across Europe, could certainly be achieved within the short to medium-term.
The ideal candidate will already be working for another National or Regional Lubricant company at the moment, either demonstrated within a senior Sales or Regional Sales Management capacity. Furthermore, candidates will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to cultivate a strong sales team, with a proven track-record of increasing sales revenues, and providing strategic leadership to the company.
The successful post holder will have good man management skills, with the ability to lead from the front, whilst simultaneously helping to improve the sales performance of the entire sales workforce. Candidates will be accomplished sales leaders, possess strong business ethics, with a sound understanding of the lubricant market sector as it relates to industrial based market Sectors.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of Sales Management lubricant experience, and will be degree educated.
