THE ROLEReporting directly to the company's Operations Director this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced area/regional manager to oversee the smooth running of 8 independent homes which caters for patients with a learning disability across the East Midlands region. The successful post holder will be expected to oversee the homes in terms of operational day to day performance, managing and motivating existing staff, recruiting additional staff, whilst ensuring that the region is adhering to the highest levels of healthcare service standards.
THE CANDIDATEThe ideal candidate will already be working within an area/regional management capacity for another well-respected healthcare provider, with experience of helping to improve a regions performance both operationally and clinically.
In addition to this, ideal candidates will have excellent man management and leadership qualities with the ability to lead from the front, also possessing an appropriate nursing qualification in learning disabilities.
