THE ROLEOur client are looking to appoint an experienced operations manager to oversee a number of nursing homes within the south east region. The role will involve having full management responsibility of 4 nursing homes, helping to improve occupancy levels, recruiting new staff, managing individual care home managers, reporting directly to the owner of the business. In addition to this the ideal candidate will also be responsible for helping to commission new nursing homes in the near future as the company have ambitious growth plans.
THE CANDIDATEThe ideal candidate will be working at the moment for another well-respected healthcare provider to the older people services sector, either within a regional or operational management role. In addition to this, candidates must have an excellent track record for helping to improve a regions performance in terms of improving occupancy levels and improving staff morale. Furthermore, candidates must have experience of helping to commission a nursing home from inception and developing a service would be advantageous. Candidates must also have a strong clinical background holding an appropriate nursing qualification.
