THE ROLEThis is a very rare opportunity within the house building sector to join a well-respected national house builder within their Scotland regional office.
The successful candidate will be expected to work very closely with the regions Land Director to build up a successful land portfolio across the Scotland central belt.
THE CANDIDATEThe ideal candidate will have experience of buying land for another well-respected regional developer or national house builder, with experience of helping to buy land within the central belt of Scotland. Ideal candidates must hold an appropriate land & planning qualification, although this isn't essential.
