THE ROLEOur client, one of the leading national house builders now have a requirement to appoint a land manager for their east midlands regional office. The role will involve working very closely with the regions land team, reporting directly to the Land Director for the region the succssful post holder will be expected to build up their land contacts within the Leicester, Derby, and Nottinghamshire region, identify land for future developments, whilst working closely with an already well-respected land team within the East Midlands.
THE CANDIDATEThe ideal candidate will have at least 3 years minimum experience of buying land for another well-respected house builder within the East Midlands region.
In addition to this, the successful candidate will have also have a very good understanding of dealing with land within social housing and should have a useful understanding of sourcing and acquiring land to provide the company with a forward plot portfolio
