THE ROLEthis is a very rare opportunity to join a very well-respected growing independent healthcare provider to the older peoples services sector. The role will involve overseeing 8 nursing homes which cater for older people with dementia. The successful post holder will be required to help improve service standards across all 8 homes within the region, reporting directly to the company's Operations Director, this is an excellent opportunity for somebody to further develop their career within an independent healthcare provider with ambitious growth plans.
THE CANDIDATEThe ideal candidate will already be working for another well-respected healthcare provider to the older people services sector, preferably with multi-site operational or regional management experience. In addition to this candidates who have strong business development experience would be preferred, and somebody with a dementia qualification or expertise would be highly desirable.
