THE ROLEA well-respected leading independent healthcare provider to the mental health sector is now looking to appoint an experienced Hospital Director to be based in their flagship 65 bedded low secure hospital in the East Midlands.
The role will involve the overall management of the hospitals clinical function and also established multi-disciplinary team. In addition to this, the successful post holder will be expected to ensure that the highest standards of healthcare have been adhered to whilst helping to improve clinical governance throughout the hospital.
THE CANDIDATEThe ideal candidate will already be working in a senior hospital management or service management role for another well-respected healthcare provider. In addition to this, candidates must have excellent man management skills with the ability to lead from the front to get things done. Candidates must have at least a general nursing or mental health qualification.
