THE ROLEthis is a very exciting opportunity for a financial service professional to join a leading top 50 ranked IFA Company. The role will involve the successful post holder to head up and devise the company's compliance and professional standards department moving forward. This will involve been the overall figurehead for all FSA interaction, implementing team compliance, whilst also dealing with training and competency to the departments team of 8 staff.
THE CANDIDATEThe ideal candidate will already have a proven track record of undertaking a similar compliance role for another well-respected financial services company, either carried out at board level, or within a senior management capacity. In addition to this, the successful candidate should be able to work autonomously, displaying excellent attention to detail and possess recent up to date compliance knowledge relevant to the financial services industry. Candidates should also hold full 3 parts financial planning certificates.
