THE ROLEOne of the most well-respected healthcare groups which specialise within the domiciliary healthcare sector have a requirement to appoint an experienced Group Operations Director. The role will report to the board, and will require the applicant to help build on the company's already strong reputation within the field of domiciliary and live-in care throughout the UK. The role will involve the successful applicant to build excellent working relationships with service users and local authorities, whilst ensuring excellent levels of residential care are maintained throughout the group.
THE CANDIDATEThe ideal applicant will already be working within a similar role for another well-respected healthcare group, with some expertise of working within the domiciliary and live-in care sector. Furthermore, ideal candidates should have excellent man management skills, with previous regional or operational management experience gained within a similar field.
