Our client is a well-respected property consultancy to the construction sector, is now looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee two hotel developments within the London region.
THE ROLE
this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to work for a leading property consultancy to the commercial construction sector. Our client is now looking to appoint a Project Manager to oversee two hotel developments within the London region, on the client side to commercial development. The hotels will be circa £20 million in value, and will involve working with the client in the pre-development stages, providing your experience and guidance as to how the project would meet the demands of building regulations within the city, whilst ensuring that appropriate materials, design, and staff are appropriately factored into such a project. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with the end-user to ensure that their requirements are met on time and within budget, and will provide the successful candidate with an excellent opportunity to advance their career into a senior director level position in the short to medium term as the company looks set to grow.
THE CANDIDATE
the ideal candidate will already be working within a project management capacity at the moment, either undertaken for another property consultancy, commercial developer, or directly for end-user of a well-respected hotel developer. You will have excellent man management skills, with strong client facing experience, with a proven track record of working on other hotel projects within the London or South East region. In addition to this, candidates will have at least five years of project management experience, and will hold a degree of equivalent qualification in project management.
