Our client, one of the UKs leading independent healthcare providers is now looking to appoint an experienced Operations Manager for a domiciliary care service across the central belt region, Scotland.
THE ROLE
this is a very exciting opportunity to work with a very well-respected independent healthcare provider to develop an established domiciliary care service across the central belt region in Scotland. The role will involve working closely with the divisional director, the successful candidate will be expected to oversee the day to day running of a domiciliary care agency, maximising contractual obligations across the region, whilst ensuring that operational KPIs are achieved and maintained across the service.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will already be a regional or operations manager at the moment for another well-respected healthcare provider, either undertaken within the private or public sector. Candidates must have a proven track record of operationally managing a similar domiciliary care service to improve performance, whilst possessing effective man management and leadership qualities to inspire others to work to the best of their abilities. Excellent remuneration package coupled with tremendous career prospects exist for the right candidate to move into a senior management position.
