A leading privately owned healthcare provider to the social care sector is now looking to appoint an experienced HR Director to join their senior management team.
THE ROLE
this is an excellent opportunity to join a privately owned healthcare provider to the social care sector within a senior HR capacity. The role will work closely  with a number of home managers to ensure that each of the groups services are adhering to recent HR policy and legislation, ensuring that relevant HR issues are in place, and streamlining operations to allow service managers to effectively manage the smooth running of the individual homes. The successful candidate will report directly to the company Managing Director and will form part of the senior management team, with a number of direct reports across the HR department. The role will involve some travel throughout the UK, and will be expected to attend the head office twice a week which is based in East Midlands. The role offers an excellent level of remuneration, with excellent opportunity for career advancement in the long-term.
THE CANDIDATE
the ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of HR management experienced already gained within the healthcare sector, preferably demonstrated within the social care sector. In addition to this, candidates should be familiar with recent HR legislation, and have a proven track record of delivering HR change management, together with a sound understanding of employment law, contractual law, preferably as it relates to working within the healthcare sector.
