Our client, one of the UKs leading independent healthcare providers to the mental health sector is now looking to appoint an experienced Hospital Director for the South East region.
THE ROLE
this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospital management professional to work for one of the UKs leading independent healthcare providers to the mental health sector. The role will involve overseeing a 50+ bedded LD hospital in terms of operational and clinical supervision. In addition to this, the role will also involve helping to shape the running of the hospital in terms of day to day performance, whilst helping to improve occupancy levels throughout the hospital by working closely with local commissioners.
The role will work closely with the senior management team, and offers the candidate an excellent opportunity to advance their career with one of the fastest growing mental health providers in the UK.
THE CANDIDATE
the ideal candidate will already be working within a senior management capacity for another well-respected mental health provider, either undertaken across the private of public sector. In addition to this, candidates must have experience of overseeing a similar LD service or hospital, and possess excellent man management and leadership skills. Candidates should have a positive approach to management, and must be RNLD or RMN qualified.
